Shipping Policy
- All items are shipped via UPS or USPS or Fedex
- All our repurposed/upcycled items have a 6-week turnaround time due to a high volume of orders and each item being custom made to order.
- All of our JAYLEY Collection has a 10-14 day delivery.
- All of our CUSTOM orders items have a 6–8-week turnaround time due to a high volume of orders and each item being custom made to order.
- Shipping transit times vary and are beyond our ability to control. We are not responsible for lost items or items damaged during shipping. Such matters are to be dealt with by the customer to their postal service. Any customs fees or taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
- ALL CUSTOM Orders are FINAL sale & we do not accept any returns or refunds.
- Upon product delivery, SHOPFABULUX provides you with a 30-Day Return Policy. Goods must be returned as new. Items cannot have any visible signs of wear, for example, bent leather, stretched out, marks, or stains. Handle with care as you take out of its original packaging. In general items cannot appear used. Furthermore, returned items must not have any trace of fragrance or smoke. *Our 30-Day Open Return Policy does not include custom items.
- We will offer a refund with a 15% restocking fee for all items that are eligible for return. Our restocking fee helps cover the fees associated with processing returns and reselling returned items!
- Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer or the postal service. All damage claims must be made within 30 days of delivery date. If the original items are out of stock or discontinued, you will be issued the equivalent store credit.
- Genuine Leather Characteristics Depending on where the leather piece is cut, products may vary due to hide variations. This adds character and is not considered damaged. We pay very close attention to every leather item we make. Your item is guaranteed to be of the highest quality craftsmanship. Each piece of hand-cut leather is unique and different. It varies in color, it accepts dyes differently, and it has variations in depth and feel. This makes each piece one-of-a-kind and uniquely yours!

FOR THE JAYLEY COLLECTION: Should you find any discrepancies with your order, you must notify SHOPFABULUX within 5 working days (of receipt of goods) prior to returning goods or they cannot be accepted. StoreCreditONLY: Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and labels intact for credit to be issued. Return shipping costs are at BUYERS EXPENSE. If you are eligible for a store credit, we can only process it with proof of purchase. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, your credit will be completed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns from anyone.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
