All items are shipped via UPS or USPS
All of our repurposed/upcycled items have a 6 week turnaround time due to a high volume of orders and each item being custom made to order.
All of our CUSTOM orders items have a 6-8 week turnaround time due to a high volume of orders and each item being custom made to order.
Shipping transit times vary and are beyond our ability to control. We are not responsible for lost items or items damaged during shipping. Such matters are to be dealt with by the customer to their postal service. Any customs fees or taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking your order:

To track your order, please enter your tracking number after clicking the following link -> Track Your Order

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.

Please note that you must not enter your order number, or it will appear as an error automatically.
